Katie Rice

Katie spent many, many days with us to try and find a house that met our needs. We finally did locate a property and began the process of getting everything in order. Unfortunately the sellers dragged their feet and actually tried to delay the closing even though they had signed the contract agreeing to the date. Katie made several contacts with the sellers agent and we know spent a lot time on the phone making sure that everything got done. It was a stressful time for us, but Katie kept us in the loop with frequent updates on the progress and that helped ease the stress. Katie is a 5 star hero in our book and we are so glad she was by our side.

This women is amazing!! She was always available, on top of everything. She answered any and all question we had. She made this more of a enjoyable experience, looking at homes and getting what we needed done. It was beyond amazing knowing we were taken care of at all times, and we didn’t have to stress about the process.
