Katie Pratt

As an individual who came from the business, having sold a real estate brokerage and currently in real estate development I can say that my experience with Katie Pratt was phenomenal. She is one of the most thorough, hard working, knowledgeable and data driven agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There was a lot of pressure coming from me to get into a home and to find another investment property. She responded with getting me ratified on 2 properties in less than 2 weeks. Given the amount of pressure and deadlines I was under to acquire more properties she was able to handle both transactions with grace and catch issues in the contract, most agents in my experience would have missed. Katie takes her business relationships very seriously, and as a result she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to doing many more transactions with her.
