My fiance' and I came across Kate at an open house showing. We were not really interested in the home , but Kate wanted to know what type of home we were looking for. This was at about noon on a Sunday. By 4pm that afternoon she had a property that seemed to check all of our boxes. We looked at it right away and put in an offer by 6pm (same day). The offers needed to be in by 9pm. By 9pm we owned our dream beach home and we could not be happier. Kate is very kind, knowledgeable , and concientious. We were very lucky to have met her. She is now selling our home so we can move into our beach home. It was a no brainer having Kate be our real estate agent. Her communication is second to none. We are looking forward in taking her and her family out to dinner just as a thank you.
