Katie was great! Her knowledge of the Denver/LKN market is professional and personal. The market took an odd turn shortly after listing, but Katie guided us every step of the way. From advice on listing prep, referrals for work we needed done on the home, being flexible with multiple Open Houses, following up with us after showings, and being a great sounding board on our ideas...she was overall wonderful to work with!
