Respect and Affirmation

We received Katie and Matt's information from a carpet installer, so we had no idea who they were. We called and invited Katie over to JUST talk with! Before she left we were positive she was our person. She treated us as if we were her family, always. But more important she treated us with the upmost respect from the moment we met until the house was sold, and after. She called and checked on us after we sold because she knew the journey ahead of us, who does that in todays world. Katie and Matt sold our home within a week of being on market! What is amazing is that there were two other homes on my street that have been for sale for over 10 months, one was our same floorplan! It is a testament as to what Katie did for getting the word out and having a great Open house, on the same day it went on market!! Amazing!! So important, the communication we had with Katie was second to none. We always knew exactley where we were with everything at all times!! When Katie would ask us to leave the house for a viewing, her expectations and approach were so delightful, we NEVER minded. Truth be told it sold so fast, we wanted more time with Katie!! My best advise, if you want to sell your home, get the best price, and a incredible experience, call Katie and Matt I would 100% choose Katie again and again!!! Sincerly Karen Colton
