To say this home purchase was easy would be a lie! But never once did I feel like we lost Katie along the journey! From choosing manufactured home- land- new built- in town- out of town- stick built! Every list of must have to , ok maybe we don’t HAVEEE to have this or that. She was there every step of the way- anything and EVERYTHING that came up she was there to help fix or remedy the issue! We had a type of loan that doesn’t get used often (if ever)- and she was up for the challenge from the get go! Things her , nor I, nor the lender understood she was there figuring it out! We would absolutely recommend Katie and her team!!
