Katie really helped me get my home ready to sell, provided great marketing and MLS exposure, and helped me navigate through an offer that was later retracted. While I was stressing out, she remained calm the whole time, assuring me that we would get a serious buyer with a solid offer, and then worked hard to bring in a full price offer (this was in 2020 before buyers started paying above asking!) that we did see through to closing!
