It was so nice to work with the Katie she was very helpful, very kind, and helped with anything we needed. Katie is very knowledgeable of her trade. I will use Katie anytime in the future. Katie was always there for us, always called me and asked if I needed anything. If I call Katie and she didn’t answer I always knew that she’s going to return my call. Everything was really going very well whatever Katie did it was great the closing went very good everything was pretty much in the time Katie.

Katie treated us like family, honest, genuine and caring. She worked hard to get us through selling our home and purchasing a new home. Great experience!

Katie truly went above and beyond, working hard to find us our first purchased home! Being parents to 7 kids 15 and under, we had quite specific needs. Katie found us the perfect home with the backyard of our kids dreams! She has a gift for explaining things very well throughout the homebuying process. She is very easy to reach via phone and texting, despite having a busy fsmily of her own. I've since recommended Katie to several friends and will continue to do so!

Katie's market knowledge, communication and professionalism was very helpful and appreciated.

Katie is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us on the loop about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and straight to the point. After dealing with several other agents in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Katie and was able to get us our first home.

Katie was so great in helping me sell my house and also in finding a new home. Her expertise was excellent. Such a pleasure to work with Katie, a true professional!! He knowledge on the complete process was superior. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about selling or buying a house. Thanks so much Katie !

Katie Hobgood is very friendly and personable. We liked her immediately upon meeting her. She has extensive experience, is very knowledgeable about the current market and area we were looking to buy. She guided us through the whole purchase process. She offered solid advice and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a Real Estate agent. Katie made the buying experience very easy!

Katie is a true professional of both real estate and customer service, it is very rare when we can meet a person who is truly an expert and highly personable. She is highly driven, honest, and a great personality. She is informed and has all information readily available; she knew every detail about the selling of my home, the details of the home I purchased, and all of the details about the other owners who were involved. I asked several questions and she never paused, stumbled, or was never unable to answer any question I asked. She also staged my home, gave great advice about utilities, etc,......as I stated prior, she is a TRUE professional beyond reproach and my pleasure to have her as my realtor.

She went into details in our first walkthrough. And was able to explain clearly everything throughout the process. Thank you Katie.

Katie was super knowledgeable about the current market and priced our home at a perfect price to get it sold quickly for us. This was our first time selling a home and she answered our questions quickly and broke down the whole process for us in a way that was easy to understand for a first time home seller. Her communication was great and she answered my questions in a timely matter. We really enjoyed working with her and appreciate her help as we sold our home to move across country. I know our out of state realtor enjoyed working with her too! Thank you so much Katie!

Katie really helped me get my home ready to sell, provided great marketing and MLS exposure, and helped me navigate through an offer that was later retracted. While I was stressing out, she remained calm the whole time, assuring me that we would get a serious buyer with a solid offer, and then worked hard to bring in a full price offer (this was in 2020 before buyers started paying above asking!) that we did see through to closing! She was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions and concerns, and cooperated with me fully throughout the process. I couldn’t have done it without her knowledge, expertise and shoulder to lean on!

This is Anna's husband Jack. Anna is unable to perform communications by PC or cell phone due to suffering several strokes. Much of the effort required of Katie occurred after we moved from Arizona to Missouri Therefore, good communication between client and agent had to be done remotely between the two sites. At no time did Anna feel confused or uncertain as Katie did her job through each step promptly and with accuracy. We always knew when each step of the process was complete. Katie is a "PRO'" in her profession. Anna does regret frightening her 2 year old daughter with the mechanical redbird and apologizes for its loud chirping. Anna and Jack Bay, Springfield, MO
