This is Anna's husband Jack. Anna is unable to perform communications by PC or cell phone due to suffering several strokes. Much of the effort required of Katie occurred after we moved from Arizona to Missouri Therefore, good communication between client and agent had to be done remotely between the two sites. At no time did Anna feel confused or uncertain as Katie did her job through each step promptly and with accuracy. We always knew when each step of the process was complete.
