VERY TRUSTWORTHY. Katie is the type of agent that really wants the best for you. Many listings when we go in to look at them she tells us you are not living here even though it has a higher price and we like its appearance. She was very patient with us, we were looking for our first house and had no experience on what to look for in a house or the process, but she took the time to teach and guide us all the way. Katie guided us through two sales and a successful rental arrangement on a property prior to sale. She's always knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and punctual. Currently, we're on a very casual watch for a property that might entice us to move, but with no sense of urgency.
