VERY TRUSTWORTHY. Katie is the type of agent that really wants the best for you. Many listings when we go in to look at them she tells us you are not living here even though it has a higher price and we like its appearance. She was very patient with us, we were looking for our first house and had no experience on what to look for in a house or the process, but she took the time to teach and guide us all the way. We kept looking for about 6 months until we found our little place :) Thank you Katie and I wish you all the success in the world :)

Katie guided us through two sales and a successful rental arrangement on a property prior to sale. She's always knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and punctual. Currently, we're on a very casual watch for a property that might entice us to move, but with no sense of urgency. Even with our laid-back approach, Katie provides the help and information we appreciate, but in a "no pressure" kind of mode. In short, she's a pleasure to work with.
