Katie Gonne

First of all, We went thru two other agents prior to finding Katie. The other two agents just showed us homes that kinda fit what we we looking for and acted like we were just a number. After searching a total of 4 months for a home here in Eagle River and having NO luck, Katie decided to think outside the box for other options and boy did it work! She found us the perfect home and we are moving in as I’m writing this review. Great customer service and going above and beyond got her our business now and in the future!

Our experience with Katie could not have been better. We placed an offer site unseen from across the country and ended up having her not only represent us but also the sellers. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind, and she one step ahead of the whole process. She was a clear communicator and made sure the whole process went as smooth as it possibly could. We can’t recommend Katie enough and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Katie helped us find a new home and sell our old home. She was very knowledgeable especially since we had only bought new construction previously and we had never had sold a home before. She pounded the pavement for us to find a new home after we backed out of the first home we found after finding foundation issues. We dealt with an array of issues on our new home during escrow and she helped with everything and got us into our new home asap. She also helped us list and sell our home within 2 days of being on the market. I highly recommend her!!
