Katie is truly an amazing realtor! She and her realtor partner worked hard to close, not one, not two, but THREE houses (two selling and one buying) for us with minimal stress. All three closed within a month with one getting a full asking price offer seven days after it was listed! We looked at what seemed like a bazillion houses (over 50 for sure!) before finding the right one. Katie was fun, professional, and helpful from start to finish and dealt with our frustrations like a pro. She always showed up with a smile on her face and ready to do whatever we needed.
