Katie is truly an amazing realtor! She and her realtor partner worked hard to close, not one, not two, but THREE houses (two selling and one buying) for us with minimal stress. All three closed within a month with one getting a full asking price offer seven days after it was listed! We looked at what seemed like a bazillion houses (over 50 for sure!) before finding the right one. We meet Katie from another friend/realtor at the beginning of our journey. What began as her helping out another realtor ended with what we would say a blessing is disguised. Katie is great!!! The vibe , her patience and most importantly her ability to reassure you that everything will be ok, is what our family loved. Do you like money? This realtor sold our 7+figure home for 30% more than others wanted to start the listing at. She answers your calls/responds quickly, and even talks to you like a person (which is unusual for a realtor). Our multi-level house was a challenge to sell, she kept us very positive and tried new ideas to bring more buyers. Ultimately being there, to help close the deal. Since I like money and expect some kind of service from a realtor, I’ll continue to use Katie.
