Katie not only helped us sell our house, she helped us find the PERFECT home for us. Katie was super professional from day 1. She led us through a daunting process with calm and thoughtful guidance. When we needed a few things accomplished to sell our house, she called a great handyman on our behalf. When our mortgage lender wasn’t working with our needs, she suggested a great person who really worked on our behalf to get us a great loan. Our home inspector was professional and thorough… again recommended by Katie. Katie is good people and works with good people.
