We bought our home and sold our past home with Katie. Even when things got bumpy at the end she was able to give us sound advice and she had all the necessary solutions just in case. Her years of experience show and I can’t imagine ever using anybody else. In the end we closed just a day later and we are now in our new home!

Moving, let alone moving across country can be quite stressful. We were fortunate enough to have found a remarkable Realtor in Katie Fear. Shortly into the process I would call her Katie "have no Fear" because there was no time in which we felt she did not have our backs though this process. Her knowledge of the area and process is extensive. She is friendly but not pushy with clients yet she is firm and fierce on behalf of clients when required. Since we were moving across country she was easily able to set up a video showing. When we flew out to view the property in person, she was flexible in showing a few other comparable properties. We never felt rushed but we could tell she was aware of and acted with urgency when placing our offer, responding to our questions and trouble shooting any issues that occurred. For example, the closing on our properties didn't quite line up. Katie was right there helping align things and provided contacts needed. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable once we closed and arrived in Arizona too. Katie was able to provide numerous contacts for everything we needed from Landscapers to Painters and from Plumbers to restaurant recommendations. I don't take recommendations lightly. In this case, I have no hesitations in highly recommending Katie.
