I bought and sold at the same time with Katie. She Did a great job helping me negotiate a fair price on the purchase of my new home. She also negotiated full price for my sale of my home. It was challenging getting through the contingencies but she handled it well. I have used her several times and referred my family and friends to her! She is excellent at what she does!!!

We tried to sell our home in the Fall of 2023 and used a successful mother/son duo out of North Scottsdale. Granted, interest rate pressure was on the rise, but they couldn't generate even a bite on our home for a little more than two months. We decided to amicably part ways at the end of the year. Early in 2024 we decided to give it another try with somebody else that was recommended . That "somebody" was Katie... When we met Katie, we talked for much longer than I expected, but we mutually gathered a lot of information about each other. and decided (right then & there) that we wanted her as our agent. She has an irrepressible spirit that inspires a lot of confidence. More simply, she's one of the best people I've ever met. It helps that her husband (Joe) is a pretty nice guy, too... Much like our previous agent, Katie made a lot of recommendations for things we could do to ensure the sale of our home. Some we'd heard before, some we hadn't. As a result of our previous negative experience, we were reluctant to embrace a lot of the recommended steps. But Katie has a way of explaining and persuading that is very..."persuasive"... A good example is "the damn screens"! Katie said we needed to bring more light into the home, and the best way of doing that was to remove the sun screens. We'd just had them cleaned and reinstalled (for which we paid good money), so my wife said, "No Way"! But what can I say, Katie explained why it was a good idea, and after some nervous hand-wringing, my wife ultimately agreed. After adopting the removal of the screens, and Katie's other suggestions, we put the house on the market and we received a solid offer on the first day! Ultimately, we wound up selling our home for $10,000 more than the list price. I don't know that you can expect this kind of result every time with Katie and her new firm (which she owns), but I certainly wouldn't bet against her. We loved her (and still do...).
