Wow this lady was impressive! From the first time I met her at her office, she was very organized and professional. Upon leaving that first meeting, I had a folder in hand with all the contact information I would need for my search of a new home. Katie immediately set up a search page for me within the parameters I had given her. like area, price, etc. She updated this web page for me on a daily basis. She was always very flexible when it came to showings because I was limited. When I finally found the house I loved Katie was right there with me the entire step of the way. She did things for me that I would never even thought of, like request the invoice to prove that the underground sprinklers had indeed been blown out in the fall so I wouldn't be faced with possible broken water lines. Katie went as far as sending me remainders of when things were due, which was very much appreciated. When the sale of house was in the final process, Katie emailed me names and telephone numbers of all the utilities that would need to be put in my name. This was truly one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a professional realtor. She will come highly recommended by me to anyone looking for a GOOD realtor!
