Katie is very friendly and warm from the very beginning through the whole process of buying a home. She asked us a lot questions in order to find the right match for homes for sale to meet our needs. Katie knows the local very well and was able to direct us to good homes to check out. She was quick to make arrangements to view homes and time was not wasted on looking at homes based on her expertise and our feedback. She answered all questions in a timely manner without making you feel you shouldn't have asked. She is extremely patient. This was our first home purchase so we had a lot of questions. The process went very quickly but was extremely thorough. Katie was on top of everything related to our needs. Her recommendations were spot on in finding a lender, as well other needed services. Katie was wonderful to work with as I bought my house. She was right on time whenever we met, answered calls and texts quickly, pointed out many features in the house I might have initially missed, but also things I should be aware of. We had to handle most of the paperwork electronically, but Katie made that easy. I was able to close three weeks after I made the offer, almost unheard of, but Katie helped everything fall into place. After the sale Katie continued to help, recommending handymen and even sending her husband to help when she had another appointment. I felt like I had made my first friend in my new town!
