Katie first of all was very patient. She was the first realtor we met when we visited Florida in February. We told her we probably would not be buying until later in the summer. Katie conducted quite a bit of research with our condo association to ensure we understood the condo regulations. She also worked with condo association specialists to answer our questions about the maintenance history of our particular condo as well as the condo building (roof, HVAC, elevators) and also worked with our insurance rep to provide answers to her questions (wind mitigation, fire suppression). If we purchase another property, we will most definitely work with Katie again. She was so professional and calm with everyone with whom she worked.
