Katie first of all was very patient. She was the first realtor we met when we visited Florida in February. We told her we probably would not be buying until later in the summer. During those months, she continually sent us properties to view. Along with that, she called us several times just to check in and see if we needed anything. Whenever we had a question, she would always respond promptly. When she showed us properties, she always made sure we saw the property for what it was, good and bad. She was very helpful in writing and executing the contract. In our final walk through, she made sure, everything was in working order. Her knowledge, energy, and persistence, was always at the highest level. Some realtors have only one goal and that is to sell!
