Kathy was such a great realtor to work with. I met her through a friend who also had his house sold thru Kathy. I told her I would love to sell but needed to find the right place that would make the move worth it. It was a tall order one that I did figure would get filled but out of the blue, months if not a year later, Kathy called and said she may have something for me and it was a perf ct fit Kathy made everything with selling so easy, it went super fast, when I had to do something she would already be on top and have me or some other sourceb
