The Sullivan Team of Kathy and Terry have been a pleasure to work with. We found them while looking for houses in Gloucester and saw one of their listings. That house was already sold but after talking with them we knew that they had the knowledge of the market to be able to find us the perfect home. They have established relationships in the real estate market that really work in their client’s favor when finding listings and making offers. The home we found had some issues with permits. Kathy and Terry met with the building inspector and did a thorough search of the outstanding issues to get us all of the necessary answers to move forward. Once our offer was accepted, we then moved on to having Kathy and Terry sell our existing home. In selling our home Kathy and Terry presented a detailed marketing plan, advised us on staging for maximum interest and included a full photography shoot and drone footage. Once again, their knowledge of the local market really worked in our favor. They sold our home in a few days and for a price that we were very happy with (over asking!).
