Kathy Sullivan worked with my wife and I in purchasing our first home. We went into the process very naive and walked away from each meeting, open house, or phone conversation with increased knowledge and always feeling 100% supported by Kathy. She was always available whenever we had questions and she really treated us like family. She had our back and went above and beyond for us. She attended every open house we were interested in and pointed out so much about each property we would have overlooked ourselves. She goes above and beyond offering recommendations for everything from mortgage companies to home inspectors and even gave us a contact at the local police department to make moving day run smoother! She thinks of everything! We will look forward to recommending her to all of our family and friends going forward.
