My husband and I just have to say that Kathy and Drew Spady are the best!!! They truly go above and beyond. Kathy and Drew worked with us while stationed overseas. They took the time to check out a lot we purchased. Walking us through a forest making sense of how perfect the lot was. Then it was time to pick a builder. They helped us decide to go with Flynn Built. They have the most options and great layouts. It was a long process and I don’t know how we could have done it without them. It is an amazing feeling to know they were always on our team and looking after our best interest. Kathy connected us with the right lenders, who were equally knowledgeable and supported us through out the process. We definitely appreciate everything she did for us a second time! Kathy helped list our house in Gulf Breeze when we received our assignment. We were so nervous with moving to Spain and didn’t know how quickly our house would sell. Kathy sold our house in 3 days to another wonderful military family! We highly recommend Kathy and Drew to anyone looking to sell, purchase, or build a new home. It was a crazy and busy 2 year process. We are truly grateful and love our new home so much!
