With the market being crazy in Bozeman, Kathy did a great job at helping me, a first time home buyer, find my home! She has a knowledge of the area and was able to prioritize what I wanted, even if I didn’t realize it yet! we were also able to get into homes early instead of with the larger crowded open houses.

Working with Kathy was fantastic. She was available anytime we needed her and she had the answers to all of our questions. This is the second property Kathy has sold for us and we would not use anyone else if we were to sell another. Kathy gave very sound advice when it came to determining a listing price and her synopsis of what would happen was right on the button. Kathy does a great job of making you feel like she is working in your best interest and she delivers. 5 stars across the board and highly recommend to anyone looking to sell land/house!

Kathy did a great job selling our house. She answered any questions we had and was quick with her response time. She was very helpful in checking in on our house and doing some some/odd jobs that we couldn’t do as we were already out of state.
