With the market being crazy in Bozeman, Kathy did a great job at helping me, a first time home buyer, find my home! She has a knowledge of the area and was able to prioritize what I wanted, even if I didn’t realize it yet! we were also able to get into homes early instead of with the larger crowded open houses.
