Kathy and I began working together around February of 2021 (or so). The market quickly heated up and multifamily properties became more and more sought-after as investors chased cash flow and properties where they could park park their cash and use cheap financing. She submitted multiple offers for several different properties on my behalf. She never shied away from offering her opinion, especially when it came to considering purchasing a property in a questionable area. I greatly appreciated her candor and I believe she averted me making a purchase mistake. She has great local knowledge of the area she serves as a lifelong local. Her communication skills are excellent. Though she may not be immediately available when you reach out, she will always follow-up with a call or email as soon as she can. This is important to note given what a "hot market" we were in that she would still do this. When it came time to negotiate, Kathy would gently offer advice, but was very willing to go with how I (the client) wanted to proceed. That said, when I received the inspection reports, from excellent folks Kathy recommended, I requested a substantial price reduction two times what the estimates were for repairs. Kathy was able to convince the sellers, who were also representing the property, to agree to this. Ultimately, the sellers drug their feet and slowed down the entire purchase process and escrow period. So much so that the entire period was close to 6 weeks or more. Kathy was successful in shielding me from the sellers so I could enjoy a pre-planned European vacation during that time where she knew I was planning to get engaged. To summarize, Kathy communicates well, offers her opinion, and looks out for her client's best interests. I highly recommend her - so much so that I'm completing this review more than a year after I closed on my purchase with her. Thank you Kathy!

We went through all the processes to prep and take pictures so it would be ready to put on the market. Wow, 30 days later my house was sold!
