Buying and Selling

We had the pleasure of working with Kathy and her Team with buying a home in which my daughter lived in while working towards her PhD at UGA, and in selling it when she graduated from UGA a few years later. Kathy has a wealth of knowledge and knows a Trade for any service you may need in the course of being a homeowner. Being an out-of-town buyer and seller, this was advantageous for us to lean on her as needed. She is a hard-working professional and I would refer her to anyone. We were sorry to say goodbye to Athens and hello to Laurel, MD where our daughter moved to after graduation. Kathy made buying and selling easy for us and we are blessed to have worked with her.
