Kathy is an Athens native and very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods and areas of Athens. She spent two full days driving us around (which we found very helpful) so we could get to know the city. She showed us a number of different kinds of houses, which helped us hone in on the features most important to us. She has recommended service providers/contractors for virtually every service a new homeowner could need; however, not all of them were good fits for us so I would recommend getting multiple quotes for any needed home improvements. Kathy also helped us with some last minutes needs before we moved in. In the end, we ended up with a house we love in a neighborhood we love for a fair price.
