This was my 2nd Transaction with Kathy as she assisted me with the sale of my first home. We had been looking for places with no luck and finally I was so tired of what seemed to me like "harassing Kathy" that when I saw this Condo I didn't even bother to mention it to her. Kathy being her intuitive self messaged me on this Condo late one evening and said she thought it was perfect for me. I was really impressed because I was willing to give up and she was still working and looking on my behalf. She works late, she's efficient, communicative, knowledgeable and she's not driven by dollar signs that she would recommend something to you that she knows is not in your best interest. It's been a year since the transaction and she's still a dear friend. If you are a buyer whether it be first time or experienced I wholeheartedly recommend Kathy. She made me want to switch careers to be Real Estate guru, but who am I kidding right, this woman has a gift, she's passionate, spends time researching the market and is definitely a powerhouse in the field of Real Estate.

Kathy is THE person you want by your side as your partner during the home search process. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable (especially if you are a first time home buyer), but also caters to your needs. She will be as involved or as not involved as you'd like her to be during the search process - for example, we liked to take our time browsing on our own online and then looking in person. She gave us all the resources we needed, showed us how to search, then let us run with it. She is incredibly patient and responsive through communication (poor Kathy came with us to see houses every weekend for about 2-3 months, and multiple times with our in-laws who had way too many opinions, and she did it all without a single complaint). She was very good at giving us reminders on when we needed to do things, and also a fierce and unapologetic negotiator for us in terms of pricing. Last but not least, when we decided to go with a spec home and use their mortgage/title company, a couple of weeks before closing we got caught in a scary situation where someone posing as the title company (knew our name, address, mortgage #, had the company logo, and everything started asking us to transfer escrow/deposit money to a bank account. Since it was a couple weeks before closing and the routing number for the bank account went to a weird cement company, we asked Kathy and she immediately suspected it was someone posing as the real title company, called up the real title officer, and got everything sorted out for us. We are incredibly thankful to Kathy for all of her help, patience, knowledge, fierce negotiating, and for sniffing out a deceitful activity. We've recommended her highly to several of our closest friends and will continue to do so!
