I had experience working with her couple of times, once to purchase a property near Dalls and the other time to sell the same after couple of years. Purchase experience was very smooth, cause we got it for listed price. She did an awesome job negotiating credits for the repairs needed. Kathy helped us purchase our new home. The initial listing was way above what we wanted to pay and the builders suggested they weren’t going to budge but Kathy recommended we go in with an offer anyway. It was accepted at 11% under asking and to make it better, she negotiated several concessions! Kathy walked the home with us and noticed several minor issues we never would have caught and worked with the builder to make corrections while fighting for a builder’s warranty (which they typically don’t offer on a model home). We were able to get a full year warranty from the builder on top of a several aesthetic modifications. It got to the point where the builder called Kathy to tell her he was now under water on the home but Kathy got them to concede a few more perks. We loved working with Kathy! She’s a rockstar!
