Looking for a house with Kathy is like searching with a family member. She works in your best interest and prioritises education before prompting to make decisions. She not only works around the clock when needed but also has comprehensive resources for the maintenance and/or repairs that a property might need. She helped us close on our home and got the seller to come down to the appraisal price. She also negotiated appliances like washer-dryer and the refrigerator to be included in the sale. We were able to get the house as a back-up offer (per her suggestion) even after the seller accepted another offer at first.
