She helped us close on our home and got the seller to come down to the appraisal price. She also negotiated appliances like washer-dryer and the refrigerator to be included in the sale. We were able to get the house as a back-up offer (per her suggestion) even after the seller accepted another offer at first. It is rare to come by kindness and competence in combination and Kathy is just that.
