I still don't understand completely the terminology that she ran by me, but I didn't need to because I formed a trust in her. Kathy always encouraged me to ask questions when I needed to and that kept our communication clear. All in all, I could not have sold my house as well as it did without her.

Kathy was very patient during a long process of us moving out, cleaning the house and updating it after 30 years. The kitchen and one of the bathrooms had been updated only a few years ago and the tile in both upstairs bathrooms in the shower area had been updated recently.She helped guide us through what else needed to be updated. She helped us move out, carrying boxes and guiding a moving truck.She supervised after we moved out the cleaning crew and the final little updates that had to be completed.She listed the property and she sold it that same day! That escrow fell through, but when she listed it again, it sold in a few days at asking price which was higher than I thought I could get. This time it closed on time.
