We had recently moved from San Diego to Rancho Santa Margarita, just down the street from Kathy. We hit it off and became friends. We were just renting and we decided to sell our home in San Diego that we were also renting out, we thought we would just hold the money for a year or two as we loved our new neighborhood. With me then being in another city she would still go over there and replant flowers, handle plumbing issues and sell my personal home items so I didn't have to make the drive.
