Kathy Kampman is an outstanding agent. She recently helped my family sell my mother’s home. The house was dark and dated and needed work to get it “show ready” even though the property was being sold “as is”. This is where Kathy really went above and beyond. She arranged appointments for various services from the termite inspection to the window cleaners and was always available to meet them at the property. She helped us pick out carpet and paint, and let us know what areas of the house to focus on and what areas were less of a concern. Her experience was invaluable. The house was staged and looked amazing. Kathy used a professional photographer and the online listing generated hundreds of views nearly overnight. After a Friday evening neighborhood reception, Open House was on a Saturday, and by Sunday night we had two serious offers. Escrow closed less than 30 days later. The timing was perfect. Throughout the whole process I found Kathy to be honest, knowledgeable, and highly responsive to questions and concerns.
