I'm back with more to say about how wonderful Kathy is! We've now purchased two homes and sold one with Kathy as our realtor, and I can't imagine having gone through these things with anyone else. I'm quite positive that there's no other realtor in the area that would have gotten us through some of the obstacles we've faced over these transactions. Selling our condo in 2013 was a nightmare, from my own perspective, but Kathy made it happen. She ALWAYS does. I didn't think it was possible, but she drove over 100 people to our open house for a CONDO the weekend we listed it, and I was 100% blown away with the response. Four offers that day. More that week. Unfortunately for us, we were limited by a crazy FHA rule that limited our buyers' funding options, and it turned out we HAD to find ourselves a cash buyer. I thought we were doomed. Really. But Kathy made it happen. Within a WEEK. Yes, it was a hot market, but she works SO HARD. I can't say that enough. Fast forward to 2015, and we were ready to jump in to purchase again. This time, we were somehow blessed with a very simple, very straightforward sale, but it was another situation where there were multiple offers already on the table when we looked at the house we knew we wanted. Kathy...Is a winner. Straight up. I don't want to be in a bidding war without her. She knows the magic to work in order to get you the house you want. Through pricing, negotiation, and experience, she got us a home that we are SO pleased with...I didn't think it would be possible. For me? Experience counts for SO MUCH in real estate. Kathy has been through everything, and she knows exactly what to do, whatever the given situation. I can't imagine there's someone better at this job than she is. 1000000% recommended. You're the absolute best, Kathy!
I wanted to add an update to my review of Kathy. In my first review, I hadn't yet had the opportunity to work with Kathy for my own home purchase. Since then, my husband and I have moved into our first home together--with the help of Kathy! We decided to buy in one of the craziest times (intense market, right before our wedding) and Kathy made the process as easy as possible. She knew exactly what to do to help us get into our house! I don't think that we would be where we are now if Kathy hadn't been on our team. Kathy made us both feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Kathy helped us in every way possible to land the "starter-home" of our dreams! From the very beginning, she depicted the true definition of going over and beyond for her clients.
