She was ecceptional. There was no question, no call that did not get answered. She made herself available to our schedule. Her market knowledge is nothing we have seen before. Kathy is extremely professional and our goal of buying a house in OTOW was our dream, and she made it hers, by making it so. She worked with skill and extremely well with the agent representing the seller. She walked us through the entire process as it had been 29 years since we bought in Largo, Florida. We paid the price the seller wanted as it was a fair deal in this market. She along with the other realtor were able to get us an extension as we waited for our home to sell. Don’t hesitate. Hire Kathy. From the start, she was very accommodating and jumped right in to help. We were on a short time line. She had us looking at houses the next day. Very knowledgeable of the area. She really understood our needs and didn’t waste our time showing homes that didn’t meet our expectations. She even pointed out some things to look for and/or avoid. We found a house within a few days. It worked out perfectly. She even worked through her cruise vacation to ensure the seller fixed what was needed from the inspection. I felt so bad that she worked everyday of her vacation but that just shows her dedication to her clients. She has an extremely pleasant demeanor and very friendly personality.
