I’ve known Kathy for years. This is the first time I’ve been able to use her as my realtor and I’m super impressed how incredibly organized, professional, Savvy, kind and knowledgeable. I can’t speak enough about how important speed is in this market, and had she not been super on top of things and timely with so many steps along the way I would’ve lost the deal and/or paid more. I had a terrific experience in selling my Hillcrest condo with Kathy as my relator. She went above and beyond during the staging, listing, sale and negotiation process. I do not live locally in San Diego. When a request was made by the buyer regarding specific repairs to the condo, Kathy took care of everything so I would not have to travel to San Diego. This is service at its best. She more than earned her commission on the sale and I couldn't be happier. Offer her an interview...you will like her! Kathy went above and beyond. Buying a home remotely is nerve wracking and doing it in this bizarre market is stressful. Kathy was extremely responsive. She would quickly jump on any house we sent her and get the lowdown on the house. That was extremely helpful since houses were going so quickly once up on the market. She also would give us a great sense of the neighborhood by giving us a little virtual tour. She was up front with us if she saw any red flags with the houses. Once we found our home, she worked hard to get estimates for repairs, and even got all our repair requests signed off on! We felt comfortable knowing we were in good hands with Kathy. We would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

Kathy was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We were looking for our first home during challenging market conditions (sellers market, volatile). Kathy was knowledgeable about the entire San Diego area and helped us narrow down neighborhoods based on what we were looking for. She worked with us to narrow down what we wanted by putting in the legwork to find and show us lots of options. We never felt pressure to make a decision, it was obvious that she had our best interests at heart and truly cared about making sure we found the right home (which we eventually did and we are thrilled!) She was also great during the closing process, helping us navigate the entire process and helping facilitate connections with local contractors to collect bids on repair work. Not only is she smart and knowledgeable, she's a lot of fun to work with too. We'd highly recommend Kathy!!

I was fortunate enough to have Kathy as my neighbor for two years when I lived in San Diego and she was an absolute Godsend! I was a transplant from NYC who knew nothing about San Diego and lovingly referred to her as "The Mayor" because she really does know everyone in the community and was able to make so many excellent recommendations. When it came time to sell my condo there was literally nobody else I would have asked to represent me.
