I had a terrific experience in selling my Hillcrest condo with Kathy as my relator. She went above and beyond during the staging, listing, sale and negotiation process. I do not live locally in San Diego. When a request was made by the buyer regarding specific repairs to the condo, Kathy took care of everything so I would not have to travel to San Diego. Kathy went above and beyond. Buying a home remotely is nerve wracking and doing it in this bizarre market is stressful. Kathy was extremely responsive. She would quickly jump on any house we sent her and get the lowdown on the house. That was extremely helpful since houses were going so quickly once up on the market. She also would give us a great sense of the neighborhood by giving us a little virtual tour. She was up front with us if she saw any red flags with the houses. Once we found our home, she worked hard to get estimates for repairs, and even got all our repair requests signed off on! We felt comfortable knowing we were in good hands with Kathy. We would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

Kathy was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We were looking for our first home during challenging market conditions (sellers market, volatile). Kathy was knowledgeable about the entire San Diego area and helped us narrow down neighborhoods based on what we were looking for. She worked with us to narrow down what we wanted by putting in the legwork to find and show us lots of options. We never felt pressure to make a decision, it was obvious that she had our best interests at heart and truly cared about making sure we found the right home (which we eventually did and we are thrilled!)
