Kathy Flores helped us purchase our very first home! It was a pleasure to work with her. As first time buyers we knew very little about the process. Kathy did a wonderful job in educating us around the various nitty-gritties and was extremely patient in answering all our questions (which we had many) She provided excellent communication and follow up every step of the way, making sure we were satisfied with every detail and not pressured to commit to something unless we were 150% sure! Kathy’s knowledge and experience is very impressive, it ended up helping us Immensely in choosing the perfect home for us! Beyond grateful to have worked with such professional! Kathy provided me with exceptional service and representation in the sale of my home in Fountain Hills. Her professional approach was ever present and although we had some challenges that were totally beyond our control, her always calm (and humorous) demeanor kept my anxiety to a minimum. We ended up having a week long delay in closing and I was very anxious as the Covid scare was at its beginnings but Kathy remained positive throughout and calmly assured me all was well. Exactly as it turned out to be. It was not the optimal time to be having to deal with buyers and title companies but due to Kathy’s great expertise and attitude it came off beautifully and I am very grateful to have chosen Kathy to represent me.
