Perfect experience, would give 10 stars if I could!

Excellent and thoughtful in every way: market experience, professionalism, communication, and kindness. Interviewed 2 very experienced agents, and Kathy presented a far superior Sales and Marketing Plan that much better highlighted the strengths of our property. Best of all, the property sold for a higher price than what the other agent was even proposing!! Glad we chose Kathy!!
