About Kathy

Thank you for showing interest in learning more about me. Here is a brief overview of who I am. I was born in Mississippi. When I was 9 months old, my family began many adventures, living both abroad and in the United States. My father was a successful petroleum engineer. His job took us all over the planet. I attended College at the University of New Mexico, earning a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. The Colorado Rockies Baseball Club offered me a position working in the Stadium Operations Department in May of 2000. After living all over the world, I finally found a place to call home! I adore Colorado. While the majority of the family calls Southern California home, I continue to call Colorado the best home on the planet! My husband and I began investing in Real Estate in 2005. This is when the Real Estate bug hit me. We encountered many agents who were uniformed and unprepared. This continued negative experience propelled my husband to get his real estate license. Together, we learned and invested. I helped my husband launch our real estate portfolio. Today, we have 26 units of rental over several properties. In 2015, I decided to quit my Corporate job and get into real estate full-time. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with buyers, sellers, and investors. My passion is to educate and provide as many options as possible so that my clients can make the best-informed decision possible. I work with buyers and sellers in a partnership style. We are on the journey together.
