I chose Kathy because i was moving to an area that I didn't have a lot of information about. She helped me to buy a town-home in a complex that we agreed would meet my needs. BTW I didn't even know about this complex until she pointed me to it Kathy was invaluable in walking me through the specifics of the town, the neighborhood and the surrounding areas, Kathy had a wealth of information on contractors for my new area and helped me refinish my new place to make it feel like "My" home. I could have done this without Kathy I suppose, but I know it would have taken a lot longer, beem a lot more stressful, and I can't imagine having a better outcome than the one I had with her help I have really enjoyed knowing Kathy and tell anyone that will listen that they really need to use Kathy for a great stress reduced purchase or sell
