I had the pleasure of working with Kathy Allen and her daughter Kelly in the sale of my home in Monument in the fall of 2018. I was living in New Mexico at the time, which meant the entire process was handled out-of-state. In addition to the time spent photographing and listing the property, they met the maintenance services and cleaning people at the house, during the preparation stage. Their knowledge of the area and the current market was excellent, which resulted in the sale in 3 days at full listing price.
