Kathryn helped us sell our house in Somerset, at a time when we already planned our move to another state. We honestly think that we couldn't have done it all without Kathryn. She worked very closely with us in getting our house ready for the market, often stopping by and checking on it. Among many other things, she helped us declutter our garage and basement, brought plants to make the house more appealing, and helped us move around furniture so that the rooms had better flow. Also, as a former lawyer, Kathryn is very knowledgeable about legal issues, and has excellent communication skills. That was of enormous value to us during a very difficult time with a potential buyer. Thankfully, she helped us find the right buyer for our home. Finally, we are so thankful that she took care of the house when we left town while the house was under contract. We were so lucky to find a realtor like Kathryn.
