Over the past 40 years I have bought & sold over a dozen homes. Kathryn is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She is smart, knowledgeable and efficient. She has tons of energy and gets things done! I literally don’t think she ever sleeps. I was out of state and Kathryn was literally my eyes and ears for this transaction. Kathryn went above and beyond the entire time. She got the house ready and listed while we were out of town and even rushed over when we got home and were locked out after a showing.
