Kathryn was recommended to us from another realtor that worked with her after we decided to change our search area. From the start she was eager to help us find a home. We took this poor lady all over the place and she never minded. I would send her long lists of listings I would find on apps and she always had the greatest input about them. She knew what streets were good areas and what weren't. She truly was the only thing that kept me sane during the home buying process. I don't think there was ever once that she didn't answer the phone. She was fantastic at communicating to us between the buyers, realtors and even our lender. I could not be happier with my experience working with Kathryn when purchasing my new home. She is very knowledgeable, always quick to respond to calls and emails, and worked nonstop with my lender to push our deal through. Although we has 60 days to close, she was able to meet my goal of closing in 30 days using a non-conventional loan (203k FHA rehab loan). All in all, I give her 5 starts and would recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area!
Kathryn was very helpful in helping me sell my home. It was a fixer-upper and I was worried about how long it might take to sell it. She knew the market well and knew the buyers to target for such a sale. My house sold fairly quickly and she helped negotiate a fair selling price. I highly recommend her!
She's AWESOME!!!! She responds to your E-mails, texts, etc. right away. If you want to go look at a house, she makes it happen as soon as possible. We found our home and before I knew it, we were closing. She's GREAT!!!
