Does that sound cheesy? Yes. Is it still true? Yup. Let's look at the facts. The first time we worked with Kathryn we were looking for an apartment or home to rent for my brother in law, my wife, and myself. She understood our strict timeline of 2 months and set up an outstanding system that allowed for quick communication between us (even so far as taking calls late in the evening) so that we could keep momentum in the search. She was always available to help us view and offered her expertise in the search (which was extremely helpful). As a result, we found a fantastic home to rent with plenty of space for all of us well within our budget. A year later we decided to buy a house. Gave Kathryn a call and she started helping us immediately. This time around we really kicked it off. She remembered us and our tastes as well and was able to help narrow down the search well before waiting time on viewings she knew we would not like. She always took our suggestions very seriously and with her advice we made great time. Once again she was always available whenever we needed her. She helped us find an incredible house, nailed the closing deal. Now, let me tell you, the closing process was a NIGHTMARE. With covid-19 hitting hard right as we were closing the bank that we chose to get the mortgage through decided to try and change the loan midway through the process. They took forever to get anything finalized. It was rough. Through the whole thing Kathryn was right there checking in and offering help where she could, really going far beyond anything I expected. I can't say the whole process was easy, but she made it easier. So all in all, she is basically the best.
