I cannot say enough about Kathryn. My sister and I were in Florida for a month (from up north) and met with Kathryn for her to show my sister homes in the Jacksonville area. We knew nothing about the area so Kathryn spent a day with us just taking us to the various parts of Jacksonville. We didn't even look at any houses - Kathryn invested the entire day to help my sister make an informed decision. In the height of a crazy market, Kathryn took us to see many houses and provided wise counsel as my sister looked around. In the process of my sister looking, I began looking as well. I had different requirements than my sister did so Kathryn had to do a lot of research and had to set up a ton of walk throughs. She did this tirelessly and with a great attitude. Nothing phased her. Every morning, we would wake up to emails from Kathryn with new listings to evaluate, and then go see. At one point, I decided to forgo purchasing and decided to rent. The next day Kathryn had sent me a beautiful condo in Ponte Vedra for less than what I would have paid in rent. The seller was not working with a broker which meant more work for Kathryn - not an issue for her at all. I wound up purchasing the condo and am thrilled beyond words. I didnt have to come to the closing bc Kathryn offered to both ensure all the fixes the seller had to make were made and did the walk through for us (we were on facetime). Knowing we were out of towners she did everything she could to simplify this process. Kathryn is incredibly knowledgeable about the Jax/Ponte Vedra market, about real estate in general, the entire process of buying a home (she used to be a lawyer) and the psychology of buying and selling. She has an incredibly pleasant demeanor and is very flexible and customer-oriented. She held my hand every step of the way and brought me such peace of mind. I can't recommend her highly enough.
