Kathryn took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new home and was able to provide a number of suitable properties for me to view. She also reviewed properties I found on my own and made recommendations about which might be a good fit for me. I found her knowledge of the area and the market to be extremely helpful for my decision making process. I believe that her objective was to find the right house at the right price for me. Kathryn was always available to answer questions or to discuss houses and prices and I feel she always had my best interests in mind. She also made sure that I was well informed and kept up to date once I made an offer on a home and we progressed to closing. Kathryn worked with me on the sale of my previous home as well as the purchase of my current home and her approach was the same for both transactions.
